In spite of the fact that Lorena and I were going to Jacqui and Tim's wedding today I managed to do an hour on the CompuTrainer before we left for the 100+ mile drive. Did just a very steady ride of my flat 20 mile 3D route (UKRoute12) and took just under an hour, quite deiberately. Did a couple of little efforts to relieve the boredom but nothing heroic. Average HR for the ride was 127BPM.
Nice and relaxing, at least used up a few calories to compensate a bit for the wedding feast!
Called in at the Parcel Force depot on the way to the wedding to pick up the lactate analyser which I have finally got my hands on, going to unpack it shortly, should give me hours of fun!
