Thursday Training

Hi

L2 session tonight which went pretty well. Decided to go back to the ergometer mode for this session as I've been giving this some thought. Used my pre-programmed file which included a warmup and cool down and set the load at 245W for the 60 minute effort. I got through it fine at that load with a steadily rising HR and was pleased with the session. Effort data follows:
