Tuesday Training

Hi

2x20 session scheduled for tonight and it didn't go very well but never mind, at least I got to the end of it! Legs felt tired which I think was a "hangover" (non alcoholic) from the weekend and I wasn't able get my HR up due to leg tiredness. In the end the power data wasn't as bad as I had expected which is encouraging, results below:

Average power 276W
Average HR 154BPM

Data for effort 2:

Average power 252W
Average HR 158BPM
