Tuesday Training

Nothing scheduled for today so stuck with the usual pattern and did another 2x20 session @ 275W. I now have confidence in doing (and finishing!) these but I'm not really feeling yet that they are getting "comfortable" enough to jack up the load, I'll see what happens next time I do one. My HR curve comparisons for the last 3 of these sessions were interesting, tonight's was better (lower) that the first one but not as low as the one I did last week, could be due to any number of factors.
