Saturday Training

Hi

Decided to try out Coggan's sweet spot training today before going to Coventry and it went pretty well, hard but manageable is I think how I would describe it. Long drive down but not a bad journey, the hotel we stayed in, The Royal Court Hotel, I would not recommend though the breakfast was very good :-) Still, it served it's purpose!
