ERG FILE FOR 2X20 SESSION @ 285W WITH TAPER
Decided to raise the bar a touch exploring my limits and start the efforts @ 285W tapering down to 280W by the end of the efforts. Managed but this was very hard, Think I would have been Ok if hadn't still had the 4x5s in my legs from the night before. Still, certainly a hard training session, I'm sure I would still have been Ok at 280W. Wondering if I might have a bit of a sub-clinical infection, could well do without another cold or the like so soon after the last one, I blame working with the public in a hospital.
