Tuesday Training


Ran out of time tonight after popping round to see my mate Ian and ending up chatting about his Fred Whitton experiences. Anyhow, jumped on the turbo when I got home and managed to do 45 minutes of upper L3 training @ 250-255W followed by 10 minutes @ 200W finishing off with a175W cool down. All went Ok, really enjoyed a home-made spaghetti bolognese afterwards, much more enjoyable than the training! Late night tomorrow so no training, and so the cycle continues!
