Keeping ticking over, including warmup and cooldown did 50 minutes on the turbo with 30 minutes at upper L3/lower SST sitting at around 260W which is not particularly comfortable but is manageable without I hope generating too much fatigue. Will probably do something similar on Thursday but will experiment with a change to my nutrition and see if this gives the session a different feel at all, you just never know! So, still plodding along, just hoping to continue to make very slow but steady progress in the right direction, long time to go to Paris but it's always at the back of my mind. Read some really interesting stuff recently about riding time trials using variable power which I learned a lot from.
