Single 1x20 minute L4 effort as part of my adaptation week. Hoping to maintain progress whilst still having a break by roughly halving my training load but maintaining the intensity, a bit like tapering without the event at the end! The L4 effort felt uncomfortable, as usual, but certainly not unbearable and I'm pretty sure I hadn't prepared very well on the nutrition front which was a silly mistake to make but it happens now and then.
So, session done, on we go! Will be posting more in this entry later ;-)
