Wednesday Training



Nice straightforward session after yesterday's efforts which went ahead without any problems at all. Feeling mentally quite relaxed at the moment about my training as I feel things have so far gone pretty much according to plan. It's nice to reach a point where I feel I can ease back and not be looking to move forwards for a while. I'll just have to hope I don't start going backwards!

I'm going to continue to try to walk regularly as I feel that this does help restore some balance to things and is a nice break from cycle training, might even get myself back into the pool at some point :-)
