Feeling a bit tired today so opted for just some L2 work in manual ergo mode. Very straightforward session which will all help with my weight management. Think whilst I'm doing my comparatively hard sessions on Tuesday and Thursday I might drop the L3 work on the days prior to those sessions and stick to this kind of session in order to maintain the quality training on Tuesday and Wednesday. Can't do any harm.
