I definitely can't continue with a light training regime without there being some performance loss so it was time today to increase the intensity back up to Sweet Spot (285W) and see how things went. I was perfectly happy with the outcome, this is quite hard work but not at the edge so I seem to be holding my own and maybe this bug isn't going to develop into too much, I'm glad I've kept working.
HR data for this session pretty much identical to an identical session in mid July suggesting that I've not got any significant systemic illness and that things are OK to continue with my training. A neutral TSB!
