Saturday Training

Hi

Power-Tap

I'd been thinking for a while that it would be interesting to look at quadrant analysis and decided to collect some data for this today. Went off to the Amble TT course and rode it at a steady tempo (21+mph) doing 2 circuits so a 20 mile ride.

My plan was to download the data, create a .erg file, then ride it again on the VeloTron and compare the results using the quadrant analysis package produced by Andy Coggan.

The ride went fine and the results were interesting, they can be seen in a discussion document available online here. I've posted this to the Wattage forum and will wait to see what the experts make of it and use it as a learning experience.

The ride and therefore the training itself went well, no problems. To review the session click here.

Riding the session again on the VeloTron later in the day was a remarkably similar experience! :-) To review that session click here.
