Vacuum Flask Cookery

I cooked my porridge this morning using a the vacuum flask cooking technique and it worked brilliantly, it's going to be great for cycle touring. Now going to start experimentation with cooking rice and pasta using the same technique. I plan to use a stove, probably the MSR Reactor, purely to boil water/milk/porridge and to "cook" the porridge/rice/pasta in a Stanley wide necked vacuum flask :-)
