Well, it was really cold today, when I got home my Polar HRM records showed that the average temperture for the ride was MINUS 0.6 degrees centigrade! We covered 55 miles with some serious hill climbs in the second half of the ride but I reckon for the time of year this was spot on in terms of what I should be doing, some hills but about 75% of the ride well into Z2 - lovely.
Below is a summary of the training in week 51, surely once I've reached Christmas I should be able to stick at it and roll on towards the Spring.
