Indoor training.

Hi

Nice steady indoor turbo session as part of my recovery week. Did some power output measurements to be used for future comparisons. Riding in ergometer mode, fixed power output ridden for 5 minutes and HRAVE recorded.

Data collected shown below:

5 minutes @ 210W HRAVE = 122 BPM
5 minutes @ 230W HRAVE = 132 BPM
5 minutes @ 250W HRAVE = 143 BPM
5 minutes @ 210W HRAVE = 125 BPM
