Another session completed in far from ideal weather, once again windy and cold but 55 miles done and just under 200 miles for the week which I'm very happy with, making steady progress I think. Felt good, don't feel tired which is great and felt strong towards the end of the ride, I think I've got my feeding and hydration well sorted out now. So I can now post my weekly training summary chart which appears below, as you can see, not much in the way of rest days at the moment!
