Not feeling too crisp today so left my training quite late, completed my session however and I just hope I'm not coming down with anything. Did 6x1 minute efforts with one minute recoveries with the usual gradually rising HR with such a short recovery interval. Followed this with 1x5 minute effort with my HR rising to 170 by the end of the interval, pretty hard work. Seeing some promising numbers on the TACX Flow but Lord knows how accurate they are!
Steady ride tomorrow, let's hope for fine weather at last.
