Thursday Training...

Hi

Another really easy day, an hour of spinning in the recovery zone, let's hope there is some adaptation going on somewhere! Interestingly I found this evening that spinning at 140W in the ergotrainer mode my HR was staying comfortably below my recovery zone limit rather than hovering at the margins of it. I interpret this as meaning that there is some adaptation/recovery or something going on which is allowing me to produce a given power with a lower HR, all very interesting, though the changes are very subtle, almost too subtle to be believed.

Time will tell...
