Here is the summary of this week's training and I have gone through the 200 mile barrier this week with no ill effects. Must be making some progress.
Today's was a hard ride, 60+ miles in the hills, to check out the route and details click here. Joined today by another rider who I think will come with us regularly which would be good, always nice to share the torture with like-minded souls!
