For the first time ever tonight I did a 2 hour turbo trainer session and I'm not sure it is something I'd want to repeat too often but it's done.
The session went something like this:
- Warm up for 15 minutes.
- 20 minutes @ 120-130. (200W)
- 5 minute recovery.
- 10 minutes @ 130-140. (240W)
- 5 minute recovery.
- 5 minutes @ 160. (320W)
- 5 minute recovery.
- 2 minutes @ 170. (400+W)
- 5 minute recovery.
- 5 minutes @ 160.
- 5 minute recovery.
- 10 minutes @ 130-140.
- 5 minute recovery.
- 20 minutes @ 120-130.
- Warm down until 2 hour point.
