Tuesday Training...


I had two hard sessions planned for today and tomorrow, my harder work is now well and truly launched and I'll be hoping to see some rewards in terms of my test results, if not I think I'll return to the couch!

I'd planned 8x1 mile intervals and that is what I did with 5 minute recoveries between efforts, this was really hard work but I managed it with minimal performance fall off towards the end of the session. I seem to be coping better with this sort of work now than previously.

More hard work planned for tomorrow :-)
