Wednesday Training...

Hi

The second of my back-to-back hard sessions was made up of one hour of simulated hill repeats, two minute "climbs" and three minute recoveries. For the first climb I set the ergo on it's nominal 280W, for the second 290W, and for the remaining eight 300W, I had had enough by the end of the last climb, this was taking my HR into Z5 which is what I wanted with a lower cadence at around 80, this is what I tend to climb at on the road.

Good session that but am ready for an easier day.
