Tuesday Training...

Hi

On we go, better not get too lazy with the adaptation business so I did some cadence work in an attempt to make me more efficient on the bike, I need all the help I can get! Managed to get a minute out at 120RPM but more than that and I start to bounce on the saddle and have to ease off. Just can't fathom how the track guys manage to pedal so damn fast. I keep trying but I don't seem to be getting any better at this, I'm just hoping that it will make me smoother and better at about 90-100 in the long run.
