Monday Training...

Hi

Starting the week with an easy recovery ride to help me get over the efforts of yesterday which were considerable. I don't feel too bad really and my HR at 250W tonight was 134BPM which is well with an acceptable range and still in Z2 but progress is very slow, almost not even noticeable. I think one of the best measures of progress is comparison against others who you cycle with regularly but we all seem to be going pretty well!
