Wednesday Training...

Hi

Ok, enough of this resting it's time to get back to some work. Today I've scheduled in an hour on the turbo and I have resisted the temptation to make it a recovery session and planned and completed 2x20 minute efforts at 80-85% which I know do me the world of good. No real problems completing them but they are always going to be hard work.
