Saturday Training

Hi

Time wass against me today so I decided to split my 2 hours of L2 on the road and instead do 2 one hour L2 sessions on the turbo instead. As "turbo time" is supposed to be worth more than road time in training terms (no pauses etc.) I reckoned this would be a decent thing to do and it would be interesting to compare the outputs from the 2 sessions. I reckoned that my power would inevitably be down for the 2nd session due to fatigue etc. I was amazed to find that it was actually higher and I felt better for the second session than the first. I have no idea why this would be, circadian rhythms?
