Ride out over the hills to Belford and back down the coast. Took it nice and steady and my oh my it was cold with a strengthening Northerly wind. Several stiff climbs including Bowden Doors which I now know is also called Lyham Bank, courtesy of John. Apart from the temperature and the wind no problems with today's ride but pleased to be home in the warm.
