60 MINUTE L3 SESSION @ 245W
Session done, still feeling harder than it should and definitely harder than it was not too long ago. I feel I am in a bit of a hole at the moment and I don't understand why. Pretty demotivating whe you feel you are not going forwards or even holding your own. I think I'll do a side by side comparison of an identical session from say a month ago and see how it looks.
