Hard ride today but felt I went better than I have recently. Very windy and very cold. As usual rode for longer than I needed to but hell, who's counting! ;-) Happy to average 19.5mph but I suppose I was with John and Neil which always helps in the wind but at the end of the day you've still got to move yourself from A to B!
