Usual Saturday 47 mile loop today with John, Dave and Neil. Ride went well but am now coming down with a sore throat which is bad news. Neil seemed to be struggling today, hopefully he will pick up in time for the Cumberland Challenge onslaught! Weather surprisingly good for the time of year, first dry roads for months!
