ERG FILE FOR 2X20 SESSION @ 280W
This session felt hard again and my HR numbers remain higher than Tuesday and previous similar sessions, just a bit tired I guess. Still seem to be coping Ok, weather forecast for the weekend very poor and weather currently dreadful here so who knows what the weekend holds, Winter drags on.
