The return to Lemmington Bank. Horrible day, again. Very windy and cold. Legs tired so did not do the 4 ascents but did 3, felt that was sufficient, particularly in the conditions and not able to raise HR on the 3rd ascent so stopped there. Not quite sure what interpretation to put on the results. Extended the return home a bit and clocked up a TSS of 192 for the ride.
