Brisk but steady ride with John and Glenn. Too cold to ride very steadily, sleet and hail showers and very strong Northerly wind, grim indeed. Felt generally pretty good and surprised to average over 18mph as the latter half of the ride was into a very strong wind. Seem to be going well but still wondering whether I've backed off the training a bit early, time will tell I guess!
