Saturday Training

Hi

60 MINUTE L3 SESSION @ 250W
Foul weather again so opted for the turbo, will do another session later to bring up the 2 hours. No real problems, think I might finally be shaking off my chest and throat problems, HRV data has started to improve at last notwithstanding yesterday's exertions. Interesting to compare this session with the last of these I did on 05.02.2008, looks like I found this easier!
