Friday Training

Hi

First time I've done this and it went reasonably Ok, produced a minute by minute chart beforehand to follow so that I didn't get mixed up or lost during the session, as I tend to do. Found that by the end of each effort I was gasping for air rather than suffering from leg pain. Legs feeling drained by the end but not actually sore, not sure how to interpret this. Average effort wattages: 397, 390, 379, 366, 349, 361. Overall average 373W.
