Saturday Training

Really hit quite a low point today, the weather was, as usual, cold wet (raining heavily for much of the time) and very windy and I started to wonder what on Earth I was trying to achieve. I think I may have eaten too little or something but my legs felt absolutely awful and I just felt that I had no power at all, felt very tired towards the end of the 90 minute effort. Oddly though the power figures were pretty much Ok, averaging 248W, 20mph, with an average HR of 151BPM. Interesting that I could feel so dreadful and yet produce figures which really compare pretty well with previously, funny old business, not quite sure what to make of it.
