Sunday Training

Nice little ride with friends today and for once it didn't rain. Had plenty of food on board so felt much better today. Both David and John punctured so the ride took us a lot longer than anticipated. Quite a hilly little loop out through Alwinton. Few little pushes with Ian, all good fun. Think I might finally be shaking of whatever has been ailing me, hopefully get back properly on track.
