Tandem ride with Lorena
Nice ride in decent weather, went up to Bamburgh and covered just under 37 miles, sandwiches and cake were eaten :-) Based on my previous estimate of a L2 ride yielding aTSS of about 0.66 points per minute this ride comes in with a TSS of 101 so I'll call it 100. That "feels" about right and I'm certain isn't an overestimate. Looking forward to the weekend, not planning to go mad but just keep ticking over so I'm not completely done in for the Polka Dot Challenge.
