Tonight's session will be the last time I make any significant effort before the weekend, unless of course we end up going out on the tandem tomorrow ;-) My plan is to do an hour of L2 with 3x5 minute efforts done @ just over 300W. The idea of this is just to keep my system "awake" without building up any undue fatigue and to make sure that I don't actually start detraining. Real pain today having to lose the van for 48 hours which will see me going home by bus having scrounged a lift part of the way to shorten the bus trip. Just hope the van gets fixed before I need it at the weekend otherwise I'll end up dismantling the bike for the journey to Derbyshire. Such is life!
