Tuesday Training

Hi

45 MINUTE L3 SESSION @ 250W WITH TAPER
Same workout as I did this time last week, 45 minutes @ 250W, total of 70 minutes for the session. Felt pretty uncomfortable which I guess might be something to do with the 550 TSS I've acumulated in the last 3 days! Just keeping on building the CTL, no heroics at this point in time, over 2 years of training to go yet, wonder if I'll actually get my FTP over 300W? Hope so. Rest day tomorrow.
