Sweet Spot training tonight but 2x15 instead of 2x20, taking into account the 2 L4 sessions I've done so far this week, steady as we go, don't rush it. Anyway, managed 2x15 @ 260W and dare I say it, I felt pretty comfortable. Never in any trouble at all during the session and was pleased with the way my HR recovered after the 2 efforts, also pleased that the HR data were very similar for the 2 efforts. Maybe I'm making a little progress!
So, we shall see what the long ride of the week is like tomorrow, the route will be very similar to last week's jaunt so it will be a pretty tiring affair but at least so far it's forecast to be dry!
