Sunday (not) Training


Damn. Getting ready to do a turbo session today, bent down to put shoes on floor and bang! Excruciating pain in lower back, like nothing I've felt before. Have spent the afternoon in bed, I've no idea what's happened.

  1. My sympathies, lower back is nasty. Do remember to try and mobilise it and move about as much as you can manage - it really helps recovery.

    Take ibuprofen and rub into the affected area.

    Hopefully just a muscular spasm rather than anything more serious. If its anything like what I suffered in spring it will be ok after a couple or three days.
