Had planned a longer ride today but once again the weather was terrible, strong winds and heavy rain forecast for both today and tomorrow so confined indoors as usual, which is fine.
Changed my plans around a bit as I'd got a bit of residual fatigue in my legs from yesterday's 13 miles in the Cheviot Hills on foot so opted for a nice little 2x20 Sweet Spot session which went just fine. Comparing tonight's session with an identical session at the end of May my HR for the same power is just under 10BPM lower. Considering the time of year, that's good.
Keep plugging away.
