No cycle training today but went out and had a smashing if very cold walk up in the Cheviot Hills with my mate KH. Made a nice change and was a thoroughly enjoyable outing. We covered just under 13 miles and the light was just starting to fade when we got back to the car, very short days here at the moment :-(
