Yes, that's right, I'm not training today, just a bit concerned about my HR being up and don't want to push on when I might be a bit under par and risk digging a hole for myself. Gone are the "train no matter what" days for me!
A busy day nonetheless, got a lot done and made really good progress with a couple of developments. Loads of snow around and not able to get up the hill out of the estate in the car today so a really good day to stay in the warm and look out at the bad weather :-)
