Good steady 2x25 minute L3 session which went just fine, no problems. Quite a lot going on at the moment and have a busy day tomorrow so will probably be late before I get any training done but not much I can do about that.
Just hoping I'm making steady progress, be interesting to see how the next instalment of the CP30 saga goes tomorrow, all I know is that it won't be a picnic!
Interesting to see that LA is training indoors regularly at the moment so I'm sure what I'm doing is no bad thing, bet his numbers are a touch above mine though :-)
