Very straightforward 2x20 L3 session which was all I needed to do today, just keeping ticking over. HR response was much more back in the normal range today which was good, must have been the good blasting out of the cylinders yesterday that did it!
So nothing very exciting to report, just working away on the engine, cold windy day forecast for tomorrow, marvellous.
