Cold wind today but not too strong and the roads were pretty dry so decided to forego the delights of the VeloTron and head for the road instead. Planned to do 2+ hours of L3 work and that's just what I did.
Covered about 47 miles in about 2:30 at an average speed of 18.7mph, NP was 246W for the 2:30 with an IF of 0.787. A good steady tempo ride which yielded a TSS of 155, just the sort of ride I'd planned and I'm looking forward to being able to rattle these off regularly as the weather picks up and my CTL build proper commences.
Time to watch some of the TOC on TV now, see what the experts are up to, I have a feeling that there might be a surprise tonight.
