Thursday (not) Training

Hi

Sometimes, just sometimes, the time is right to have an impromptu rest from training.

Today I've been feeling pretty tired anyway as I've had lots to do and I had a poor night's sleep so I allocated myself a rest day. Loking back over the last 3-4 weeks they have all been pretty consistent and solid so a lighter week will be no bad thing.

Hopefully this will perk me up so we'll have a nice relaxing evening and an early night and the plan is to return like a giant refreshed.

I'm not into the flogging a dead horse method of training, if you feel tired you feel tired, so rest :-)
